Clarifying actions

I don't think I need to use the plan tool since the task seems straightforward. Instead, I plan to answer with a clarifying question first, which will help me understand better what’s needed. After that, I’ll propose some actions based on that understanding. This way, I can ensure I'm on the right track while being helpful! Hopefully, this approach works out effectively!
